• Led a team of 6 finance professionals and external CPA firms across Europe and Asia, overseeing statutory accounts, audits, tax, payroll compliance, and intercompany/transfer pricing controls. • Ensured compliance and governance by managing US GAAP to local adjustments, VAT and tax declarations, statutory audits, SOX internal controls, and maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. • Drove continuous improvement and team development, implementing process enhancements, setting objectives and KPIs, mentoring and onboarding staff, and presenting statutory results to the Global Controller.

Transition management assignment in centralizing financial control over digital business of VivaKi France, agencies: Phone Valley and Digitas France. • Month End closings including: revenue recognition, operational expenses review, balance sheet review, accruals and other liabilities, preparation of Financial Management Controls Pack. • Forecasts and Budgets • Analytical review of client profitability to support management and commercial team in delivering company targets.

• Implementation of finance organization, reporting and accounting systems after acquisition of the French business by American corporation in 2003. • Member of the Senior Management Team, reporting to Global Corporate Controller, communicating in matrix structure over the organization. • Full responsibility for the accounting, management control, consolidation of three entities (French, US GAAP) • Performing analysis of the cost structure, margin, pricing, production efficiency, and sales performance in order to help management to efficiently drive the business. • Following up on Capex, ROI, and Headcount. • Performing Month End closings, forecasts, budgets, and reporting packs. • Managing the accounting team • Assuring key relationships with banks, legal advisors, internal and external auditors.

• In charge of setting up operations of a new manufacturing plant, implemented manufacturing and administrative processes, and ensured exportation of furniture from Mexico to the US.
