• Joined the existing team in charge of Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management, Jira Software and Confluence, all Data Centers) • Implemented ITSM: Created Jira Service Management configurations as per ITIL team’s instruction. (Client portal, automations, scripted behaviours, complex post-functions, workflows...) • Developed Groovy scripts (Script Runner) for a custom SLA system with multiple calendars, reporting, monitoring, post-functions and behaviours for automation. • Implemented SAFe: Configured a Jira project template based on lead Agile coach’s guidelines, then trained and supported the teams with Jira & Confluence recommendations and best practices and continuous improvement. • Managed migrations from various Jira and Confluence instances: Gathered and reviewed data from other Cloud and Server instances, followed by user support on the new instance. • Performed upgrade on Jira and Confluence (regular maintenance and emergency security patches) and trained internal technical teams on this. • Provided Level 3 user support, project creation, Atlassian contact, user documentation, and continuous integration and improvement (plugins tests, script correction, configuration changes, etc.)

• Audited active projects, relevant data and custom functionalities (scripts, plugins, etc.) • Suggested options for end-of-life Jira Server and futures strategies. • Provided cost analysis for various migration plans and wrote migration paths for the internal team.

• Integrated CA-CIB internal IT4IT team to face the increase of usage for Jira • Upgraded Jira Data Center (Software and Service Management), maintained documentation, performed non-regression and plugins tests. • Set up SAFe configurations as per the CA-CIB expert instructions, integrated them with Big Picture for better macro-management, created custom JQL for reporting and finally set up all of this as a template to be used by future SAFe teams. • Managed plugins like Scriptrunner (Groovy scripts for post-functions, maintenance et reporting), Xray (Set up with projects dedicated to QA teams, created and maintained user documentation) and Big Picture (Created and maintained user documentation, set up new Boxes) • Conducted case studies for Confluence integration or other Jira instances migration. • Maintained or created reporting tools to extract data from the Jira database or through scripts. • Provided user support for complex problem and Jira Software issues • Created custom configuration for Agile teams.
