As a CRM Specialist for OneCasino, my job is to extract data from our platforms, structure it and analyze it. Follow up on core KPIs to ensure we meet targets. Recommend courses of action to improve those KPIs that need it. Research our markets to find improvement points. Handle part of our integration with Fast Track.

Customer service agent for ZARA HOME for European and UK markets. Responsabilities: - Inbound and outbound calls; - Order management; - Inbound chats; - carrier investigations.
