- Developing and implementing secure processes and systems used to prevent, detect, mitigate, and recover from cyberattacks - Educating and managing technology risk in collaboration with business leaders - Building and driving a cybersecurity strategy and framework, with initiatives to secure the organization's cyber and technology assets - Continuously evaluating and managing the cyber and technology risk posture of the organization - Implementing and managing the cyber governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) process - Reporting to the most senior levels of the organization (the CEO and board of directors, or equivalent) - Developing, justifying, and evaluating cybersecurity investments - Developing and implementing ongoing security awareness training and education for users - Leading cybersecurity operations and implementing disaster recovery protocols and business continuity plans with business resilience in mind

- Implement and follow up the action plan on security awareness - Vulnerability management, Risks and impacts analysis of Orange DRC SI. - Manage identities and access (IAM) - Ensure the management of security incidents and their correction in the shortest possible time in order to avoid any negative impact within the organization - Contribute to the definition of the Orange information systems evolution strategy. - Contribute to the definition of the DRSI Services/Applications architectures. - Ensure the evolution of web and email security measures and standards, consistent with the nature of the company's activity and its exposure to IT risks (password policy, choice of antivirus, certificates, etc.).

- Ensure the governance of projects according to the Orange Money business using Agile DevOps and SCRUM methods - Daily management and follow-up of trackers points - Provide technical support to project contributors - Ensure good communication between stackeholders - Evaluate the cost of tools, platforms and project deliverables before going into production - Contribute to the implementation of project IS documentation

- Programming language such as PHP with Boostrap, CSS3, JavaScript and HTML5. - Development of tools that meet the business needs (API, Web, webservice, Ussd menu, PHP scripts, SOAP, REST, etc.) - Develope and deliver over 50 applications and services relevant to the company’s needs for the IT Roadmap project; tested applications and documented project in accordance with design specifications. - Analyze, modelize, design, programme and integrate technical or software components. - Conceptualized and created software projects such as an HR Management System, Orange Money Middleware (Rest and SOAP API), Subscriber Identification System, B2B Seft care System, Retailer and Loyalty Management System. - Integration of IT platforms and systems (Automation of tasks via Shell, Crontab, DB, Logs, etc.) - Ensure positive feedback from unit tests before going into production - Write technical deliverables (functional specification, handover document, etc.) - Ensure knowledge transfer to L1 & L2 teams
