I built & promoted Supplier Risk Management Culture in one of the biggest Railways Project of Pacific Asia Risk Management Framework definition and Implementation I defined and implemented the Third-Party Risk Management Framework and worked on the definition of risk appetite, due diligence for suppliers’ evaluation, the creation of a dashboard by supplier and their deployment by Product line through workshop. I advised sourcing team during the supplier selection process making sure suppliers meet the requirements and are compliant Risk Reviews and Monitoring I supported the sourcing finance team by doing some third-party financial analysis for financial risk purposes I guaranteed the risk management process and compliance by maintaining and documenting all changes related to each risk. I have created an online Pastry to propose high fresh quality of French Pastries. One of a great achievement was to be the selected one by the French consulate for the cocktails where all the Chefs who are participated to the "Goût de France event" were invited. I Managed the orders via google form, the website, the Facebook page, the monthly newsletter, the logistic and the cooking. I trained my helper from scratch to be able to make breads, croissants, chouquettes, and cake. The business was closed due to my move from Bangalore to Sydney.

Bangalore is a French speaking people association living in Bangalore . It has about 400 members. I was elected to animate the French speaking community social life and help new / futur comer to land as smoothly as possible in the different cultural environment As Co- presidente my role had different axes such as: - Advice to future / new comers - Link between the Consulate of France and members from the French community - Prospecting and commercial negotiation with a goal to obtaining preferential rates for members - Organization of cultural, professional , sports , workshops activities and parties - Communication through social networks , the website and a monthly newsletter - Link with FIAFE ( Fédération Internationale des Accueils des Français à l'Etranger - International Federation of French reception abroad)

Achievement: Data Analysis for asset management to calculate Portfolio’s performance. I did some Data Analysis and prepared the associated financial reporting. I improve an operational database ( Access and VBA) which allows to calculate the performance of the portfolio which will be compared to Stock Exchange result => objective is to balance the portfolio contents for a better financial performance. - Functional specification taking into account the requirements - Monthly consolidation and reporting through Data Analysis - Performance analysis vs the stock exchange fluctuation
