Project “Interlagos”: in the context of the modernization of the of the Finance & Risks' systems, constitution of the data patrimony on the structured finance products into the data lake of the GLBA business line and of its interconnection with the group central data lake (S3 scality, Scala, AirFlow, Spark As A Service on Azure Cloud) - Elaboration of the transition plan of the key items by business value, impact level & risk - Built of the pluriannual roadmap with the business and the technical architects & the local leaders - Resources Management: BA & IT (4 Paris, 4 Bengaluru), set up of the steering processes (Agile Scrum, Jira) - Preparation of the communication plan & coordination with the source systems (Loan IQ, CovTrack...) - Leading workshops cross streams & of the operational committees with Business & IT senior managers Project Tina (There Is No Alternative): feed of the data lake on clients' ESG data and provide reports (Scality, AirFlow, Java spring, DevOps) - Project scoping: Business Requirements, «Solution Draft Proposal» with the architects & leaders. - Delivery: planning and priorities (2 Business Analysts) & IT (3 developers). - Animation of the weekly meetings with all IT stakeholders and of the committees with the senior managers.

Program Manager: Coordination of the program Data Hub Augmented of the IT and Business teams (6 streams on Paris & Brussels): - Design of the methodology and tools for monitoring (Scrum - Nexus on TFS Azure DevOps). - Change management: identification of the key stakeholders and of their profile, assessment of the existing tools and processes, definition of the target of the change, preparation of the communication plan - Management and animation of the steering committees with the top management IT and Business. - Set up of the resources plan and financial plan, management in the group tools & process (Clarity). - Animation of the program meetings cross streams, progress follow up, risks /issues and dependencies. Project Manager of the stream of the modernization of the applications based on the Data Hub platform: - Definition of the target and of the deliveries with the architecture and security teams. - Management of the planning and of the teams (France & Belgique), progress follow up. - Leading the operational committees with all business & IT stakeholders.

Central Coordination of the Trade Finance IT teams (15 teams on EMEA, Americas, Asian areas) - Organization and management of the monthly steering committees IT - In charge of the reporting for IT to the global committees bi-monthly to the senior managers of the bank Management of projects on the Back Office system (IVision) - 3 projects in parallel: - Management of the planning and teams (France & India), project follow up and reporting Global coordination of all the IT teams on the program - Set up and management of the steering commitees with FO, MO, BO & Accounting

Project: to propose a digital service platform from leading European Asset Manager, in partnership with a recognized fintech specialized in risk solutions for Private and Wealth business management. First slot including six legal entities of a main European bank, in four countries. - Global coordination of the IT streams (6 teams in Paris & Milano). - Design of the final offer and of the user scenarios with Marketing's experts Scoping of the requirements by stream and IT architecture schema. - IT deputy to the stream leaders’ committees with the sponsor (COO Italia). - Manage Back-End IT team in Paris (3 members): detailed specifications, prioritization of tasks, progress follow-up and resources management.

In the context of the group program for the upgrade of the "omnichannel" marketing tools for HSBC retail banking, management of the stream for the data provisioning for the dedicated data mart and of other projects for Business Intelligence and digital Marketing - Manager of the team: 15+ members in France, India and United Kingdom. - Set up of a specific Agile methodology in "Dev-Ops" mode and scrum master. - Management of the resources plan, of the planning and of the requests' backlog. - In charge of the steering committees and reporting to the group.

- Methodology Manager: redaction of project 's management methodology suitable for Parel. - Manager of the projects ' portfolio, in charge of the monthly IT reporting to CEO and to the SG group. - Project Manager on IT recommendations following audit of on french regulatory (ACPR).

- Scoping, planning and budgets follow up: 25+ resources shared between Paris, Bratislava & Bangalore. - Definition and set up of the operational processes to manage the teams (local / nearshore / offshore). - Organization of the teams by application and by site, recruitment of the local team.

- In charge of business and operational relationships with the client. - Manager of 30 to 50+ resources offshore for both Credit & FX business lines with Murex. - Organization of processes, planning & priorities. - Management of main projects: Ice interface, GTR & EMIR, VAR CVA, Collateral Management.

- Set up of new indicators for risks' exposure following Bâle II directive. - Coordination with upstream / downstream systems and follow up of IT developments in Chicago.

Manager of the trading tools' and automatons on Equities and Derivatives for Paris, London & Hong-Kong. - Manager for both BA & IT parts on trading desktop and automatons, in charge of relationship with FO 's leads. - Team Management: recruitment of the members, management of the planning and of the priorities. - In charge of the bank reference module for markets' connectivity API with GL Trade, Reuters & Fidessa.

Manager for trading automatons “in house” and of the technical infrastructure of the trading floor - Manager of the IT team: recruitment, planning and priorities management in liaise with CEO. - Scoping and design of trading automatons and of reporting of the trades' executions to clients in real time. - Audit and upgrade of the technical infrastructure of the trading floor: security, resilience and backup.
