For a couple of months I was a senior developer on consulting at Tessi technologies. A part from developing I was promoting agile methods and concern for code quality. During my short stay I was quite happy to see that using agile methods we were able to greatly improve collaboration with and within our off-shore team, making them far more independent and therefor productive (using close developer-testing collaboration, using tests as specification, daily scrums, and online collaborative tools).
