My work has focused on study cases such as mass remote work policies, flexible work weeks and PSR (Psycho-Social Risks) prevention training.– By mobilizing design theories and engineering processes, my work has focused on building models to explain how collectice creative HR practices can proactively support a firm's innovation activities. The research program is guided by the CGS Laboratory (Center for Management Science) at Mines Paristech Engineering School.
