1/ Balancing the SCOPE/TIME/COST through appropriate RISK & QUALITY Management and getting commitments from all stakeholders on the project management plan, manage Project/Program in the order to achieve plans and objectives 2/ Re enforce Delivery Quality Standard on V6R2014 and upcoming 3D Experience R2016x and R2017x 3/ Manage scope Change Process : set up a baseline with the customer and negotiate each extension 4/ Optimize usage of resources and carefully manage usage of Subcontractors 5/ Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the DS Management and the customer according to the Project Contract 6/ Ensure an appropriate communication about the project to the customer, the project team, DS management: efficient and consistent reportings and status, efficient and consistent warnings/alerts/escalation Indicators : - Monitor & Control the overall project Execution by sharing status & Alert as needed. So, forecast weekly the project situation, remaining tasks and workload, risks plan and mitigation. - Produce Project budget bridges and contingencies analysis - Budget : set up, follow up, achieve commitments and baseline - PMP : set up and follow up

Primary R&D focal of DS Lead Customer Projects from R&D Transportation & Mobility Industry: - JAGUAR LAND ROVER (JLR) - TESLA MOTORS Agree with customer and DS Project Team on Project Scope: - Targeted Industry Solution Experience - Targeted Business Processes / Use Cases - Targeted Release - Targeted Planning & GO Live date Validate customer BP/UC/Requirements and qualify the ones that will require R&D deliveries. Consolidate and monitor R&D Plan to address committed R&D deliveries. Communicate customers projects best practices within the ecosystem, capture lessons learned on specific customer situations and define improvements on processes and execution.

Lead “Program Management” project team (7 members) to deliver on time and with the expected quality a best in class solution that covers the client Business Processes. - Find the best OOTB solutions (KPI OOTB Solution to comply) - Guide the client to the finest Evolution Requests - Cover the client business needs by answering every requirement of the Product backlog - Deliver a DS pilot that covers PSA vehicle “Program Management” - Be the main contact and interface with R&D - Share with other GPs the chosen solution for transversal requirements

Manage the Project "PDM DOC" of NewPDM Program on ENOVIA V6 to ensure its success. - Lead “PDM DOC” domains’ (Docing, Essais, Calcul) team (10 to 16 members) on-site / offshore (India) and ramp-up their skills - Ensure the right reporting on the Project including forecasting and change management - Influence the scope of the implementation based on standard features and simple maintainable customizations for Documents Management, Testing and Simulation processes - Capitalize and share best practices on V6 knowledge within company projects

Work Package Leader for Documents Management implementation on ENOVIA V6. - Understand the client’s current processes to propose methodology optimizing the work - Parameterize and customize the different Matrix One Centrals according to customer needs - Implement Matrix One Centrals solutions at customer site and administer product level trainings - Assist the customer with issues related to software implementation and troubleshooting

Two main assignments were combined: be in charge of all the Engineering Information Systems software/hardware; and deploy “Engineering Central” in USA & Mexico. - Administration & Technical Support of CAD Systems: CATIA, IDEAS, UG NX, VisView - Manage CAD data exchanges within Valeo and with external customers - Maintain CAD Systems documentation & procedures - Analyze, track and solve issues related to CAD Systems - Deployment in the division of: Q-Checker, CATIA V5, TTF - Administration & Tech Support of PLM systems: Matrix One, IMI, VPM, Team Center - Maintain PDM Systems documentation & procedures - Conduct the migration to the new M-PLM system & deploy the M-PLM in the division - Training Auburn Hills & Rio Bravo users to the M-PLM system - Define M-PLM specifications for VSDS/VSDA customization - Maintain division backup policy on all Engineering Servers

Finish the design methodology for air-conditioning housings under CATIA V5 and integrate it onto Mx CATIA V5 PLM System. - Follow-up and coach the training modules development of the design methodology (eLearning) - Train the French and foreign designers for the worldwide VCC divisions - Write the specification for VCC PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) customization - Technical support during the pilot project on Mx CATIA V5 for the German division - Create the VCC profiles for CAD Data Quality analysis under Q-Checker
