Assignment : Deploy Lean Manufacturing approach (AIRBUS Operation system : AOS) for the A350 program, support the production teams in order to improve their maturity. Achievements: Deployment of management and visual management routines: SQCDP, Gemba. Coaching of EAP managers. Coordination of Kaizen events, 5S in shopfloor and office ( Reduction of 35% tooling costs), deployment of self-audits and development of progress plans. Nonconformity reduction of 5%., 85% tack tack adhesion.

Assignment: Implementation of TPM and operational excellence approach Realization: Maintenance Service Restructuring: Deploy management routines related to first, second and third level maintenance. Set up, train and support the deployment of management routines (AIC) Training and animation of QRQC, Kaizen, 5S ... Improvement of OEE of 10 points

Assignment: Implementation the operational excellence approach (NV production system) and develop the supply chain function Achievements: Implementation of the PIC, PDP, Planning and a steering committee (coordination of all Kaizen events and projects).
