Led design, marketing and product strategy for a connected cooking startup, from concept to launch. Design • Led UX/UI design for the Meat°it 3 app (Bluetooth meat thermometer, iOS/Android), including user research, feature definition, user flows, interface design, developer handoff and QA • Designed and launched the company website (orka.tech) with external partners • Wrote functional specs for multiple hardware and digital projects Marketing • Produced all key assets: packaging, product sheets, B2C/B2B presentations, promotionnal videos (DIY, influencer, motion design) • Built and managed ad campaigns (Google, Meta), newsletters (Mailchimp, Brevo), and influencer partnerships • Launched Kickstarter for new product: $35K raised, 180+ backers Strategy & Leadership • Managed product roadmap across hardware and digital • Supervised 1 intern + 1 to 3 apprentices, coordinated external devs and creatives • Represented the company at CES (Las Vegas), NRA (Chicago), BBQ Expo (Paris)

Advised clients such as Accor Arena, Icade Immobilier and Digital campus on creating relevant and desirable experiences.

In parallel with my design studies at Strate. In charge of the UX/UI development of the m°range at Mastrad. The m°range includes all probes at Mastrad and more especially "meat°it" : www.meat-it.co.

Carried out two missions (4 and 5 months) for the APHP about improving the administrative journey, both physical and digital, of hospital’s patients.
