Jonathan MASSUCHETTI

Development of a project management SaaS

Handle projects developments and company's growth until they find a new hire for the position. I helped Mômji modernize their dev stack and production architecture to reduce their costs and risks, introduced new project management practices and helped them deliver brand new projects. It started as a 4 months contract and was renewed 3 times !

Development of a project management SaaS

Development of a scalable platform for AI analysis in real time. The solution can handle any type of data (image, audio, data points...), can be hosted in the cloud or on-premises and is currently used by majors companies like SNCF, EDF, Esso, La Poste, Avia or Air Liquide.

Development of their new mobile app to ease the management of industrial wastes. The app had to work with low or no connectivity at all, consuming a complex, business-focused API.

Data-mining industrialization, onboarding of new team members, massive scale-up of services, I worked on many things at Boursorama. Working on the performances of the services licensed to other banks was definitly my favorite part. I reached performance gains up to two orders of magnitude.
