I’ve been the Release Train Engineer - RTE for the FEDEX Integration with TNT (E2E Project) using the Agile SAFe Framework, coaching and supporting the Scrum Masters in the solutions development for all the systems integration to make FedEx and TNT work as an unique company in Brazil. I have been responsible by implement the Scaled Agile SAFe Framework in Brazil, supporting and training the IT and business department. I have been responsible by facilitate the ART events, processes and assist the teams in delivering value.I have been responsible by communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk and drive relentless improvement. I’ve been responsible by supporting the internal departments in the new software requests, making the interface between development and business department, working with local teams, international teams and external service providers.

I’ve been supporting the internal sales team and VARs to develop the best solution for the customer, using the Dassault Systèmes solutions to manage a PLM environment integrating with ERP and all the customer tools. I’ve been responsible by understand the customer needs and IT environment to develop the solution. I’ve been developing training for the VARs and for the customer in his environment. I´ve been responsible by prepare the environment to make demonstrations for the customer and proof of concept, test the PLM solutions.

I have been developing ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and printer solutions for different environment. I develop projects using the PMI methodology using document capture and Enterprise content manager software, software to manage the printer equipment, control the documents to print, billing the printed documents. I´ve been responsible for testing and searching for new solutions and develop the system integration in the customer environment. I´ve been responsible for check the client need and his environment and software used by them. I develop High volume printing projects using printing equipment with external controller Fiery and software to develop variable data printing. I develop the implementing plan using the best project managing methodologies.

I’ve worked on the Pre sales support team developing solutions for sales team and partners. I have developed outsourcing project using the TOSHIBA EQUIPMENTS AND SOFTWARES. I used to go to the customers to check what the client needs and to check his environment and software used by them. I used to be responsible for testing the new solutions, searching for new software solutions.

I used to develop projects for the sales team and Sales Partners. I have worked on the Pre sales support team. I have developed outsourcing project using the RICOH EQUIPMENTS AND SOFTWARES. I´ve been responsible for testing and searching for new solutions and develop the system integration in the customer environment. I´ve been responsible for check the customer need and his environment and software used by them.

I used to support customer user in Portuguese and English at Service Desk. I used to support users in many tools, such as Windows XP Professional, Office, SAP, Network and Mainframe Applications. I used to make conferences with Engineers from The USA when my team could not solve the problem. I used to make all the reports for the HP USA. I’ve updated and created the support procedures.

I used to develop projects to the customers helping them when choosing the best server or equipment. I have knowledge about many equipment HP, Cisco, 3Com, D-Link and software Microsoft and Oracle. I used to choose the best equipment for the customer, make the commercial and technical purpose.
