As a freelance program manager with more than 20 years experience, I manage and support my clients'​ IT & digital transformation projects. Some of my recent assignments were: <Mileway> is the largest owner of last mile logistics real estate assets in Europe. I was responsible for the technical integration with several national listing sites and the implementation of a headless CMS (Contentful). I shaped and managed the collaboration with their implementation partner in the UK. <People 2.0> is the world’s largest global employer of record (EOR) and agent of record (AOR) services platform. For them I managed the development of a new payrolling platform, to be used on a global scale. <TimeMoto> is a manufacturer of time clocks and time tracking software. I was responsible for the development of a completely new version of their integral personnel planning platform (SaaS). One of my long-term freelance assignments has been with Backbase: the Amsterdam-based market leader in omni-channel banking software. On day 1, I took over a stuck project for Hiscox (a UK insurance company) and introduced a new customized approach for a succeful implementation. I have led teams helping (among others) PZU (one of the largest East-European insurance companies), Deutsche Bank, Banque de Luxembourg, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Discovery Bank (a digital mobile first bank in South-Africa). I was responsible for setting up and executing the support for Citibanamex (one of the largest Mexican banks) during the implementation of Backbase products for consumer banking, retail banking and wealth management. We were heavily involved in the transition of the bank’s traditional waterfall approach towards a continuous release train. Our support model became the blueprint for Backbase’s customer success teams.

As Manager Multimedia I have supported EsteamWork's management team in all media matters surrounding the CSR activities. This included creative concepts for non-profit corporate fundraising and corporate social innovation.

In this role I was responsible for acquiring and executing mobile datacom projects, web projects, consultancy assignments, setting up partnerships and coaching of colleagues. During seven years, I have gained experiences in various positions at KLM Group companies: ✪ KLM Catering Services ✪ Transavia Airlines ✪ KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Amstelveen As Manager Distribution: ● Joint responsibility for handling all catering for 500+ flights per day. ● Managing 5 shift leaders and 100 platform staff, coordinators and planners. ● Responsible for entire company fleet of 100 vehicles. As Manager Flight Crew Training: ● Responsible for all training and licensing affairs for Transavia’s pilots (budget 4.5 mio EUR). ● Executing HR / personnel affairs including recruitment & selection. ● Purchasing of all necessary resources including simulator slots and complete initial trainings. ● Maintaining close contact with Dutch Civil Aviation, the Aeromedical Institute & other third parties.
