Helping MaxiCoffee and Lavazza ECS navigate a major shift: to embed practices that ensure predictable, collaborative, value-driven delivery. My role blends coaching, facilitation, and organizational design to enable teams and leaders to thrive. What I do: - Coach as teacher & mentor: Support Product Owners, leaders, and tech teams to clarify responsibilities, own decisions, and work as empowered squads. - Coach as facilitator: Create effective & safe spaces for retrospectives, planning, and conflict navigation, unlocking collaboration across IT and business. - Coach as problem-solver: Establish risk & impediment logs, governance frameworks, and Jira/Confluence standards to reduce chaos. - Coach as collaboration conductor: Connect Business, IT, and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment. - Guiding principle: Agile coaching is as much about “being” as “doing”—modeling trust, accountability, and curiosity to help people and teams discover their best expression of agility.

Consulted with the Director of Marketing and Head of Finance on a new leadership training program for a select number of up-and-coming leaders within the organisation, based on Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Edward DeBono's Six Thinking Hats and Agile & Scrum. These training days were planned and delivered along with another trainer across 5 days on a hybrid basis.

(Cross-)Team Collaboration: - Facilitating cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst and between teams - Building stakeholder relationships and influencing colleagues at all levels of the organization to adopt Agile mindsets - Developing and maintaining a shared understanding of Agile principles and values within and across teams - Identifying and addressing potential silos or communication breakdowns between teams - Implementing Agile practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement Stakeholder Management: - Identifying and engaging key stakeholders, including Product Owners, customers, and business leaders - Understanding stakeholder needs and priorities to inform Agile decision-making - Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for Agile initiatives - Facilitating stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather feedback and input - Developing and presenting reports to stakeholders on Agile progress and results PI/Quarterly Planning Facilitation: - Facilitating PI planning sessions to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on goals and objectives - Ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged in PI planning discussions - Developing and maintaining a PI plan that is realistic, achievable, and aligned with business objectives - Identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies that may impact PI delivery - Facilitating sprint planning sessions to ensure teams are aligned on priorities and tasks Reporting and Analysis: - Developing and maintaining reports on Agile progress, including sprint metrics and retrospectives - Analyzing data and identifying trends to inform Agile improvement initiatives - Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and teams - Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to inform Agile prioritization and decision-making

Coaching and assisting of two core e-commerce teams 'eCom Feature team' and the 'Shop running team', as well as consultancy for other Scrum teams (helping them from the sidelines) and the supervision & facilitation of the Digital quarterly meetings.

In my role as servant leader and coach for the individuals, teams and organisation that I worked with, I enthusiastically encouraged people at all levels to experiment with agile mindsets, tools and techniques in order to continuously improve the way work is done. My goals were to make the organisation work more smoothly and sustainably, and for the people to benefit from that. Ultimately my passion is helping people, and one way to do that is to help them to work better and thrive in their roles.

As a Brand & Communication Specialist I worked on: - creating internal and external communications (email campaigns, social media posts, and owned website content) that bring to life our company values - coordinating video and photo shoots for recruitment purposes - reviewing and editing internal and external communications in English, French, and Spanish - helping to develop and validate a new brand voice, look and feel for our Recharge label - gathering & analysing qualitative and quantitative data to create increasingly accurate customer profiles As a Scrum Master: I worked with the Customer Happiness Team, focusing on the Recharge label, helping them to become high-performing, cross-functional, self-organising and happy :) In addition to the usual event facilitation, knowledge-sharing organisation, and coaching, I also trained and coached non-Recharge team members in scrum best practices, and supported the agile transformation of CG. I have also supported a team kick-off event, a Scrum deep-dive, studied for and achieved the CSM.

I created relevant and inspiring content for the websites, built and managed relationships with bloggers and link partners (linkbuilding). I created SEO analyses, and advising the team on possible wins and points of improvement. I also analysed the performance of the website(s) through different SEO tools and reporting the results to the rest of the team. In addition, I researched the multilingual and multicultural communication processes at Skydreams, and performed English-language quality control and translation into French and Spanish on an ad hoc basis.
