Managed operational consulting and interim project for companies in different sectors • Interim management: Operations Director (FMCG: Fruits & Vegs international trader) Daifressh - Managed the transformation of the operational model: from a pure trading model to a service system with customers, adding value from the purchase to the management of the PoS - Demand Planning & customer service management in 7 countries: Procurement & transport - Supervised 2 warehouses (Hungary & Poland) with a team of 80 people, managing cross-docking and perishable product stock with traffic of 5,000 trailers per year: 100 M Kg / year • Interim Management: Financial and operational Controller (Media Sector) Prisa Radio - Restructuring, optimization, and implementation of a BSC for top management - Designed of a control model of the P&L in each division (Chain / Program) • Developed a Business Plan for a Nespresso model for soft drinks, in the European market • Designed and development of a monitoring system 4.0 for consumables, in real time for an industrial company of the food sector with a turnover of € 300M, obtaining a savings of 7%

Management of transversal projects: Reporting to the executive committee • Developed the 5 years organic growth master plan, to become the worldwide reference for private label and B2B, in the chocolate sector (€ 1B, 5 categories and 5 continents) • Redesigned the “Industrial Footprint” to optimize 6 production centers in 4 countries; Renew, co-manufacture, close production centers • Defined the “Portfolio Lifecycle Management” model to standardize management processes: Creation (R & D & homogenize), Rationalization (€ 0.5M savings), Marketing... • Developed a Supply chain model (S&OP) with 12 weeks integration plan with customers • Managed general Coordination with the owner investment fund: Due Diligence, reporting and first 100 days plan • Member of the “Core Leadership Team” for the definition and transmission of annual values, culture and objectives; establishing, wording and spreading the 5 great challenges to 3 years • Implementation of the purchasing policy, together with a management software for daily operations, saving € 700M for the first year and a 20% renewal of suppliers via tender
