Negotiations with incumbent suppliers led to USD 10 Mn in retroactive savings – Recommended and implemented levers to improve the sourcing of lab supplies, based on inventory and demand management. Negotiated with suppliers and achieved ~10% savings – Reduced transportation costs of a paper manufacturer by 7% with the use of backhaul, volumes bundling and eAuctions.
