Support of new incident tickets via Service Now, exchange with the customer by phone, email and Webex session. Investigation of logs. Configurated network/security equipment (Cisco, Palo Alto). Cisco Call Manager: MACD: Create, add, modify and delete VOIP line. Network/security: ticket investigation/resolution/escalation (Palo Alto, Cisco, ProofPoint, Riverbed). Took action in different data centres to replace hardware components in servers, and troubleshoot on-site. Wrote working instructions (for the correct execution of tasks). Weekly - monthly reporting. Travelled to different sites in France to replace network and security equipment Ironport Cisco, switch Cisco, firewall Palo Alto for major accounts EDF, BNP, Total, Safran, and Axa. Realised a server deployment project for the BNP bank: contact with different actors of the project, placing orders with Cisco, follow-up, reception and verification of orders. Injection of the configuration files on all the equipment and verifications. Appointment and deployment of servers in HNO. Troubleshooting. Confirmed the correct operation of the equipment via the remote technicians. Closing of the project.
