- Conceptualize the SaaS product development strategy for SPEEDA, private company research tool in the Asia Pacific ex Japan region, initiating best-in-class product features and development processes. - Manage a team of 10 project manager and engineers taking care of the evaluation and data integrity of 3rd party data. Accelerated speed to market through changing work processes. - Initiated new partnerships with content partners in Indonesia, Vietnam and China. Achieved savings of 15% for FY2018. Increased coverage by 50% for China – a key area of business.

- Responsible for the selection, performance monitoring and manager reviews of AIA’s 3rd party managers for AIA’s Investment Linked Funds, a portfolio of over S$6B. - Lead the quarterly manager reviews and recommend appropriate action for underperformance. - Introduced model portfolios of AIA’s funds, resulting in a take up rate of more than 80% of newly incepted policies.

- Oversee product development and marketing operations spanning 8 countries in Asia for flagship financial research software, Morningstar Direct, a US$6M+ line of business. - Built up and managed a team of 13 quota-carrying consultants providing pre- and post-sales support to over 1,000 users of Morningstar Institutional Enterprise Software products across 12 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. - Started the development of market channels, branding and communications resulting in 40% revenue growth from 2010 to 2014.

- Management of 20 Technicians in providing 24/7 logistics support for the Air Force’s air traffic control systems - Formulated lifecycle management policy of acquisitions. Analyzed fault trends and introduced mitigating measures.
