As a member of the L'Oréal Professionnel Paris brand development team and business partner of the international marketing team, I work closely with my operational project team to manage two hair product launch projects involving over ten stakeholders in France and Spain. My tasks include : . Establishing a Timeline for a one-year project . Costing the finished product, taking into account all incoming costs . . Project management and monitoring using the Agile method . Calculating the carbon footprint of the packaging and formula to meet the Group's ecological objectives. . Supporting the International Marketing team in the creation and industrialization of products. . Risk analysis and establishment of risk mitigation plans.

Compagnie Nationale du Rhône (CNR) is committed to the energy transition through the development of floating photovoltaic solar panels, of which the O Solaire de la Madone project is an example. This project combines solar energy production and the preservation of aquatic biodiversity on Lac de la Madone. In this work, we have to carry out: - a sourcing of suppliers of floats for the construction of floating photovoltaic power plants - an analysis grid for the evaluation of float suppliers by taking into account several criteria (Technical, carbon footprint, CSR, Supply...) - to propose to the CNR companies which can best meet their need for floats.

This internship consisted of reducing the company's fuel consumption. After analysing data collected from the vehicles, we created software that helped the company to manage fuel consumption.
