Main achievements : - Multiplied 20 folds (x 20) the number of active users in 2 years. - Revamped the whole on-boarding experience to achieve better customer satisfaction and multiply by 4 the throughput of the process. - Transformed a software-oriented mentality into a service-oriented mentality (value delivered through a software platform supplemented by human services) Responsibilities : - Product strategy : benchmark, client needs screening. - Technical partnership negotiation : 3rd parties content licensing (Bureau Van Dijk, Altares, Coface), and platform integration (Bravo Solutions, Ivalua, AFNOR, URSSAF, Infogreffe). - Customer success : with 2 main criteria : adoption of the solution internally and reaching a high level of compliance from the suppliers in the first few months.
