In charge of business applications for the FTL/LTL & Groupage business line - Project management (monitoring a portfolio of projects and the associated budget, investment committees, etc.) - Business relationship management: drawing up and monitoring product roadmaps, demand management, service quality, etc. - Management of product teams (around thirty people) - Management of project activities, upgrade/corrective and regulatory maintenance, support, testing, etc. - Preparation of built-to-run deliverables - Management of outsourced service centres for development and testing (on-site and nearshore)
