– Leveraging the power of upcycled brewers' yeast – We help agri-food players create delicious, nutritious, sustainable and clean label recipes through our natural and complete yeast ingredient.

– Building a Startup Studio to create, fund and launch impact oriented startups. – Reached a team of 4 people, 4 advisors and 2 financial partners, before closing the project to focus on the launch of a deeptech startup.

As part of my role as Technical Product Manager for personal location solutions: – Defined the strategy of the global product portfolio. – Realised and coordinated market studies to state marketing objectives, targets and means. – Worked with R&D and Engineering teams to define and prioritise future technological features and product evolutions. – Owned the Product Backlog and feature roadmap. – Helped define the UI/UX interfaces and collect customer feedback. As part of my role as Technical Project Manager : – Lead two major projects for the Personal Location solutions: build and maintain roadmaps, deal with clients, Development teams and contractors. – Temporarily (6 months) lead the developement of the Product, working with a team of up to 7 persons.

– Coordinated the Challenge in 12 different countries of the Asia Pacific & Middle East region: – Worked with the affiliates to organize the Challenge and ensure a successful launch (11000+ projects submitted). – Prepared and presented internal communications on project's marketing objectives and organisation.

Marketing & Services Division – Implementation of Total's incubator: conducted a study on intrapreneurship; SEO approach, data visualization and analysis. – Challenge Startupper of the year by Total: helped prepare the launch and scale the challenge from 34 to 60+ countries. – Helped organize a Hackathon at Les Mines d'Alès. – Helped prepare and deploy the project roadmap in the different affiliates.
