This action plan includes the following responsibilities : o Development of an strategic plan for IT and management of the IT budget o Responsible for IT and infrastructure for a multi-site business across EMEA o Management of multiple bespoke systems across various business functions (Ms Dynamics Axapta, Epicor, SAP) and negotiation with suppliers o Drive efficiencies and tech development but with an eye for the commercial impact and usability of new systems o Full responsibility for all telecoms systems, intranet and remote access o Responsibility for all security and infrastructure developments o Develop a better support function for internal issues and reduce queries per month, helping the end user o Management of the internal team to deliver the very best service and support levels internally.
