1. Impact Analysis and Strategic Planning - Conduct an organizational impact analysis to identify processes, roles, and systems affected by the SAP deployment. - Plan project milestones, including the phases for requirements definition, user testing, and post-deployment support. - Develop a change management plan aligned with global objectives and local specifics. 2. Requirements Definition and Stakeholder Engagement - Facilitate requirements definition workshops with business and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of expectations and impacts. - Collaborate with sponsors and local stakeholders to ensure proactive buy-in and manage resistance to change. 3. User Training and Support - Identify skill gaps and organize targeted training sessions on the deployed SAP modules. - Develop training resources (user guides, tutorials, FAQs) to support team autonomy. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) phases to validate the solution and gather feedback. 4. Testing Phases and Post-Deployment Support - Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure business processes align with expectations. - Implement post-deployment user support to resolve incidents and reinforce tool adoption. - Track adoption KPIs and adjust change management actions as needed. 5. International Coordination and Milestone Tracking - Ensure coordination between local and international teams, taking cultural and organizational differences into account. - Monitor the progress of key project milestones (requirements definition, training, testing, deployment) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. - Document and share lessons learned to improve future projects.
