Departments : Process department, operation, “Support A l’Exploitation” Realizations : o As process engineer (2 years in office and a week in UAE): - Detailed calculations on Multiple Effect Distillation units + Heat and mass balances according PFD or P&ID + Pressure drops calculations based on design drawings - Design and VB6 programming of a toolbox for basic flow calculation calculation (diaphragms, Pipe selection, …) - On site (Unites Arabe Emirates) process readings, unit performance evaluation, accuracy estimation of calculations done - Calculation and PFD update for different working cases o As Operation engineer ( 2 Weeks in Bahrain and 8 weeks in Qatar): - Monitoring Structural and heat exchanger manufacturers - Quality inspection of a galvanizer - Witness quality inspection with third party and client - Monitoring erection of a steal structure and complete desalination plant (2 projects both in Qatar) - Review of a shipping specification to comply with - Technical relay and witness between French office, suppliers and manufacturers o As Project engineer (1 Year): - Technical clarifications with suppliers, providers and clients - Establishment of technical and commercial offers for spare parts and services (from gaskets to tubular heat exchangers) - Procurement of equipment in an international context as most of Entropie’s client are in Middle-East
