Over 20 satisfied clients have benefited from my expertise and thoroughness, achieving savings of up to 75% since 2020.

I was responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and observability of the new web and shop platform during a period of rapid growth at Shadow: • Performed stress testing on the platform, identifying and addressing bottlenecks to improve performance. • Shorter release time via fast and reliable deployments using GitOps practices via Argo CD, enabling deployment by team leaders. • Enhanced the GKE setup with security upgrades, reliability improvements, and SLO indicator integration. • Improved team observability by incorporating open-source tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus) and GCP services (Anthos, Error Reporting). • Minimized time to alert with a unified alerting policy across observability tools to ensure timely and actionable notifications for all teams • Successfully prototyped and evaluated the feasibility of a log management platform (Elastic) to detect fraud and suspicious behaviors • Lead several development projects to optimize DevOps workflows and integrate telemetry solutions.

Successfully migrated web stacks and Machine Learning applications from Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in just seven days: • Set up Kubernetes (GKE) with GPU support to accommodate computational workloads. • Implemented security recommendations and optimized the final platform for performance and reliability.

I ensured the platform was fully prepared for its official launch, which occurred without any incidents: • Performed stress testing on the Equem platform, including targeted tests for time-series databases, to guarantee support for 10,000 simultaneous users. • Rearchitected the GKE setup to improve security and reliability. • Enhanced observability by enabling effective SLO monitoring and alerting. • Streamlined and improved speed of deployments in production through blue-green and auto-testing. • Unified and consistent infrastructure provisoning via Terraform

I was co-leading European scientific projects with Pr.
