Management consists of day-to-day follow-up, career follow-up and coaching. - Delivery axis - In charge of the quality of the services on the perimeter, the satisfaction of our customers and the financial profitability of the projects. - Business Axis - Development of commercial relations with customers in the field of Information Management in the global sense and on the sectoral customers of insurance and brokerage. I work with accounts of different sizes on various projects of up to several million euros. - Axis Expertise - Ability to carry out consulting missions and provide technical expertise on projects. This axis is essential because it allows to keep the in-depth knowledge of the sector. In particular, I work on scoping missions around digital transformation (implementation of Information Management trajectory, Optimization of Back-Office processes, Documentary Document trajectory, ...).

The Center of Excellence Information Management CGI Nantes exists since 1997. It has evolved over the years and address the issues of our customers. This role involves: - Responsibility for a scope of the P & L; - Overall management of the team (100 people); - Strategic direction of the practice; - Responsibility of software vendors partnerships. We are currently working with major market vendors and some disruptive one able to offer a solution panel for our customers.
