– Led the integration of 9 ASEAN markets (excluding Vietnam) into the new regional Bel ASEAN structure, transforming from a 'grand export' model. – Oversaw the dimensioning of a new VQR factory in Vietnam for ASEAN markets. – Implemented an import/export hub with deferred stock and differentiated sourcing. – Modified and created workflows for each country, negotiating and onboarding local distributors. – Developed and executed a transition plan for upskilling all commercial and support functions (production, logistics, export).
