En tant que cofondateur de Tokō Kai, j’interviens personnellement sur des missions de management de transition et de conseil en Supply Chain. Mon rôle conjugue pilotage stratégique de notre cabinet et accompagnement direct des organisations en situation de bascule. J’apporte une expertise opérationnelle construite sur : la gestion de transitions critiques en environnement complexe, l’optimisation de chaînes d’approvisionnement, la structuration d’équipes et de processus dans une logique d’alignement global. Avec une attention portée à la gouvernance humaine, je travaille à faire émerger des solutions à la fois performantes et justes. Mon approche s’ancre dans l’exigence calme, le cadre structurant, et une capacité à embarquer dans des contextes de transformation profonde.

Dans une dynamique de développement personnel et d’ouverture stratégique, j’ai choisi de consacrer plusieurs mois à un voyage d’apprentissage à travers plusieurs régions du monde, avec un double objectif : enrichir ma compréhension des modèles économiques internationaux et renforcer mes compétences linguistiques. Asie : immersion au cœur de trois puissances aux identités fortes – Corée du Sud, Chine et Japon. Trois nations phares aux cultures radicalement différentes, qui m'ont permis d’appréhender diverses approches du management, de l’innovation technologique et de la structuration industrielle. Une exploration stimulante entre ultra-modernité, rigueur organisationnelle et agilité entrepreneuriale. Amérique Centrale : séjour au Costa Rica, pays en forte croissance, symbole d’un développement durable tourné vers l’avenir. J’y ai observé les dynamiques de transformation dans un écosystème émergent, en pleine structuration de ses infrastructures économiques et logistiques. États-Unis : stage linguistique intensif pour perfectionner mon anglais professionnel, combiné à une immersion dans les codes managériaux anglo-saxons. Une expérience utile pour renforcer mon impact dans des environnements internationaux. Ce voyage m’a offert une prise de recul essentielle et de nouvelles clés de lecture pour nourrir mes futures missions de transformation. Il m’a permis d’approfondir mon agilité interculturelle et de revenir avec une vision renouvelée, inspirée des meilleurs modèles mondiaux.

Responsible for two Ultra-Fresh product activities for the network of about fifteen GBH group stores in New Caledonia => Meat, Charcuterie, and Cheese Factory: Lead a team of about twenty employees dedicated to the production, quality, and distribution of meat, charcuterie, and cheese products. Manage the entire production process, from selecting raw materials to delivering finished products, ensuring the highest quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and optimize production costs. Collaborate with our clients to meet their specific needs in products and services. => Wholesale Fruits and Vegetables Site: Oversee operations at the wholesale fruits and vegetables site, ensuring a constant supply of high-quality fresh products for our clients. Coordinate a team dedicated to the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of fresh products. Work closely with our clients to meet their product and service needs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Group Logistics Manager in the French Antilles and Guyana. Supporting the 8 logistics platforms in organizational transformation. - Implementation of the pilot site for the WMS & TMS (Development and production) Speed WMS - Establishment of a common maintenance policy across the three territories - Standardization of flows between the territories - Productivity management - Supporting the platforms in reorganizing storage areas - Implementation of GTA - Experimentation with new logistics tools

B2B Division of the Fleury Michon Group (GMS, catering, and events) => FLOW OPTIMIZATION / S&OP MANAGEMENT - Structuring the Supply Chain organization of the division and its associated action plan. - Responsible for the logistics chain flows (upstream/downstream), from suppliers to end customers. - Managing supplier relationships on a 100% subcontracted model. - Overseeing forecasting, planning, procurement, scheduling, logistics, and transportation activities. => BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Supporting the development of new markets & services: Room Saveurs (Reverse Logistics), Good-Morning (Catering), Esprit Frais (Ultra-Fresh in GMS), Très bien merci (B to C, Home Delivery). Building and deploying a supply policy, economically optimized and customer-oriented (both internal and external). => TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATIONS Formalizing and structuring the Supply Chain organization (strategic plan, change management, forward-looking approach). Supply Chain project manager: Creating specifications, conducting calls for tenders, and commercial negotiations. Supporting and opening points of sale, implementing catering concepts (Connected Fridge). Supply Chain expert for various information systems (Microsoft AX, AS400, Microsoft CRM 365, Power BI, PIM). Business project manager for the implementation of ERP (Odoo) across all business functions of the company. => ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT Optimizing and transforming organizations, developing employees, change management, knowledge, and skill transfer. Responsible for building and managing budgets, optimizing logistics, and organizational costs.
