Julien Pipard

At UserAdgents, I worked as a Lead Mobile Developer for over 6 years, with strong expertise in iOS (Swift) and Flutter. My role was both technical and strategic, involving the design, development, and steering of complex mobile projects. I closely collaborated with clients from the early conception phase, helping them define and implement the right mobile and backend stack. I also developed strong skills in technical coordination and team organization, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs. Internally, I defined and evolved technical architectures, introduced modern practices (CI/CD, automation, peer reviews), and structured the work of development teams. I also provided mentorship and knowledge sharing, fostering best practices and continuous improvement within the team. This role positioned me as a key bridge between clients, product/design teams, and developers—translating business requirements into concrete solutions. I contributed to delivering robust, scalable, and user-focused applications, while ensuring performance and long-term maintainability.
