Points clés : Gestion de 80 projets opérationnels en simultané. Coordination des équipes techniques, fournisseurs et usine. Maîtrise de la conception, de la compatibilité Pack/formule et de la faisabilité industrielle. Validation de toutes les étapes du développement et du conditionnement du produit fini. Réussite sur tous les lancements : 100% d’autorisations de commercialisation. Croissance à +13% et en augmentation, avec objectifs 2015 déjà atteints au 3ème trimestre. Lancement avec succès de 3 innovations groupe à forte complexité. Gain de plusieurs dizaines de milliers d’euros sur des projets d’analyse de la valeur.
