As RTE (Release Train Engineer) for a 7-team train at Tissot's connected watch program, I led approximately 80 individuals, spanning teams such as Montre, SDK Android, SDK iOS, Android Application, iOS Application, Back-End, and DevOps. Key achievements: - Established a self-managed iOS team, consistently delivering new testable builds daily. - Enhanced product quality and Time To Market by internalizing all developments, fostering transparency, adaptability, and inspection within the ART (Agile Release Train). - Transitioned from 1 team as Scrum Master to 8 teams as Release Train Engineer in 3 months, orchestrating ART events at Scale.
