As Scrum Master within APRIL’s digital division (7 Feature Teams), I support two product teams in adopting and continuously improving Agile practices (Scrum). Reporting to the Lead Scrum Master, I work in a fast-paced digital transformation environment in close collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and Data Owners. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution. • Shield the team from external interruptions and undue pressure. • Coach team members individually and collectively on Agile principles and values. • Foster self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Support stakeholders in embracing Agile ways of working, aligned with the Scrum Master community. • Implement and manage Agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Kanban, etc.). Technical Environment Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Jira, Confluence, high-value digital products, scalability and growth challenges.

As part of the SAFe Agile Release Train within the CRM program, I guided the Scrum team in strengthening and improving its Agile practices. • Supported the setup and facilitation of SAFe ceremonies. • Analyzed project obstacles and helped the team identify suitable solutions. • Assisted the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and planning. • Shared best practices with the program's Agile community.

As part of the creation of a new agile team, I introduce and support the various actors in understanding and adopting Scrum framework's best practices. • Planning the differents steps of the project (dates and sprint durations, ceremonies, workshops...) • Analysis of impediments, suggestion of relevent solutions • Support the team in accomplishing their daily tasks, prioritization and planning.
