As Procurement and Logistics Director, I developed and executed procurement strategies aligned with strategic objectives, leveraging market analysis to identify cost-savings and supplier partnerships. Part of my role was to oversee the end-to-end logistics process to ensure efficient and effective delivery of goods while minimising costs and enhancing service levels. Key Contributions: - Delivered 7% annual savings through strategic supplier contract optimisations. - Reduced average delivery time from 10 to 3 days, increasing customer satisfaction by 25%. - Executed a skills development program, boosting team productivity by 18%.

As Government Contract Manager, I oversaw government contracts across 5 markets (St Lucia, Grenada, St Vincent & Grenadines and Dominica & Montserrat). Part of my role was to draft and revise a variety of contracts with Governments & companies across 5 countries, maintaining excellent working relationships to ensure needs met.

As Regional Head of Procurement, I drove a ground up approach to lean procurement processes across 5 Markets (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, St Martin and Reunion Island). Part of my role was to achieve cost control targets, negotiating contracts and managing the full financial engagement process. Key Contributions: - Acted as dedicated procurement lead for Panama and El Salvador markets for a 12-month period. - Undertook a 6-month secondment as Project / Recovery Manager in the wake of hurricanes Irma / Maria. leading a team of 10 across Client Services, Facilities, Networks and Logistics, reporting to the CEO.
