• Contributed to the development of Fragmint, an AI-powered knowledge reuse platform initiated from an internal hackathon and refined through customer feedback. The platform generates business documents (commercial proposals, technical responses, specifications, etc.) by retrieving and assembling validated content fragments using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). • Designed and implemented Fragmint's retrieval pipeline, combining hybrid search (semantic, keyword and metadata retrieval), Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF), and agentic scoring to maximize relevance and response quality. • Built an LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation pipeline to automate content harvesting and continuously assess the quality of indexed knowledge. • Implemented multi-level duplicate detection and document supersedure workflows, with human validation to maintain a trusted knowledge base. • Defined the possible integration strategy with OpenRAG, Linagora's sovereign RAG platform (FastAPI, Ray, Milvus, OpenAI-compatible API), enabling a scalable and production-ready AI architecture.
