The Composite SAMPLE BRIDGE competition consists in designing and manufacturing a composite bridge with the highest possible specific resistance (breaking strength/mass) to 4-point bending. The bridge must meet a set of specifications given by the regulations, including an Ultra Density carbon fiber type material and a composite resin imposed. With the help of a researcher from the mechanical engineering department of the Ecole Centrale, our team of 7 students realized the following points: - Determination of a geometry by topological optimization under ABAQUS - Adaptation of the geometry into a model realizable in composite materials under CAD (solidworks) - Calculation of the stresses in the composite plies under ABAQUS - Realization of carbon fiber tubes and shells then assembly of the final bridge. At the end of the competition, our bridge withstood a stress of 36 kN for a weight of 744 g, and was placed first in the 2016 bridge competition.

Cap Sud Village is a company in the field of tourism and leisure, which welcomes every year more than a thousand tourists from all over France visiting Corsica in summer. I chose this internship for its customer contact aspect. Within a team of 12 people, I was in charge of welcoming the company's clients, guiding them and listening to their needs. It was an unforgettable experience.

Au sein d'une équipe de cinq étudiants,aidée par notre professeur, Expert Maritime, nous avons pu reconstituer la base de données de la flotte du Maroc, navire par navire depuis 1880. Ce travail impressionnant a fait l’objet d’un ouvrage important (400 pages), paru aux éditions Sciences de d’Ingénieur, sous le titre « NAVIRES DU MAROC, des origines à 2030, Comme les Étoiles dans la Nuit ». Missions: -coordonner le travail d'une équipe de 4 personnes -Vérifier la cohérence de la Base de données -Traitement statistique de la Base de données.

Internship in Structural Design Engineering, within the IBEM Design Office in Casablanca. Missions entrusted: Conceive a Twin Villa under Autocad -Pre-dimension the structure -Model and dimension the structure under the Robot software.

Le projet d'étude industriel (PEI) consiste à réaliser par groupe de 6 étudiants une étude confiée par une entreprise extérieure. Dans notre cas, nous avions pour tâche de booster la productivité de l'entreprise, en robotisant ses tâches de production. Mon travail fut le suivant: -Etablir le cahier de charge relatif à l'hygiène et à la sécurité. -Faire le choix des bons matériaux qui soient inertes aux solvants utilisé dans la production. - Faire une étude qualité/prix -Contacter des fournisseurs robots

Stage ouvrier de fin de 1ère année en école d'ingénieur d'une durée de 4 semaines. Il s'est déroulé dans la section Essais Mécanique Missions confiées : - Assister les techniciens dans la réalisation des essais, en respectant les normes en vigueur. - Rédiger des fiches techniques pour le Bureau d'Etudes.
