- Complete End-To-End implementation of Dynatrace DCRUM (Requirments Gathering, Confuguring Entire Setup, Installation, Backup, Restore, Upgradation) - Complete End-To-End implementation of Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring (Requirments Gathering, Confuguring Entire Setup, Installation, Backup, Restore, Upgradation) - Configuring Reporting and Alerting on live environments and integrating the report solutions with other solutions - Providing support to Clients as per the requirements

• Bring-up, test bed and make sure of servers are online and working. • Configuring Routers and switches (Vlan’s) and Remote nodes. • Configuring ESXI, UCS Boxes, Camelot’s, Cloning, and Taking DRS Backup of nodes. • Installation and upgradation of CM’s, IM&P, Unity, and Camelot’s as required. • System Integration testing (SIT) on storage products on various o/s, e.g. Linux and Windows • Raising and tracking defects in Jira • Checking new code on different builds and subsequent functional testing • Execute the test case on different scenarios like Performing performance, stress, data integrity, integration and regression testing to know the values compared with previous results. • Retesting the test cases to know the defects and maximum RPS on different builds. • Should take necessary actions to make all the 61 servers including Camelot’s should work properly by contacting lab admins if necessary. • Executing tests plans and reporting progress via jabber or outlook. • Make sure of taking necessary backup is taken including configurations while upgrading the Call Managers. • Contacting different teams like Platform, ILS, DB, RTMT, Unity, SSO, and Camelot’s, IDP, IM&P in case of any issues and make sure that it got resolved ASAP. • Participating in daily and weekly calls with onsite people and update them with latest results and get updated with the necessary requirements.
