As a Business Analyst for the Supply Chain Finance Solution project I worked within the project team and the IT developer team to improve and manage the IT applications and process for Syndication and Funding activity. Experience gained: • Collecting and Analysing Business requirements from Product Owner & Sales through documentation and working sessions • Analyse and define the framing of business changes and their impact • Scope and project objectives validations with Project Sponsors, Board teams and Front Office • Features and User Story creation and management (Cucumber & Jenkins) • Accomplishing test strategy (Unit, Integration, UAT, E2E, ...) • Definition of a new Human-Machine Interface HMI (Modelling, Ergonomics, ...) for Back and front Office • All the project is managed using an AGILE and SCRUM methodology

As a project manager, I joined the Equity Settlement team to manage the “Continues Improvement Project” which consist to improve operational process and IT applications. Here I had the responsibility to manage the project teams in Paris and coordinate with the operational team in India. Experience gained: • Monitor and manage all the project requirements launched by the Project Board • Presentation of deliverables to management and project sponsors at each sprint ending • Consolidate, analyse and monitor weekly and monthly KPI (Key performance indicators) • Create and Identify ongoing continuous improvement opportunities • Manage the operational teams and make sure that the integration of new processes is respected • Participation in the definition of the User Story Map • Prepare and consolidate the presentations supports for weekly and monthly meetings

Due to the Brexit vote the HSBC Supply Chain Finance activity London has be transferred in France. This activity is under the big project of the bank under the sprint ‘IT modernisation’. As Business analyst I worked within the project team to ensure all the business requirements to guaranty the new software integration “DOKA” and “KYRIBA”. Experience gained: - Think up about the Business requirement for the new used application (KYRIBA). - Propose new IT solution for the internal bank applications. - Drafting of the functional IT specifications. - Coordination with the business and the IT dev teams. - Participate on the functional UAT. - Coordinate the migration activity from the UK to France. - Software: SAB, KYRIBA supply Chain and Surecomp DOKA.

The main goal of the project was to drive the offshoring of the Accenture operational activity to India. - Make sure that all India staff is formed and able to start the operational activities - Monitoring of the operational documentations - Weekly workshop and KPI communication - 100% of the project has been delivered

As a Business Analyst I worked with different teams in charge of all the deals workflow. Here I have the responsibility of developing, improving & straightening the confirmation process in Equity Derivatives Asset. Experience gained: · Managing the DTCC (The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation) transactions and making sure all deals are matched within short delay · Achieving the daily Key Performance Indicators of the electronic matching process and dispatching them to the concerned management · Indentifying and drafting business requirement to IT developer for software improvement · Accomplishing User Acceptance Test to validate business model and delivering them to the operational teams · Cooperating with several teams in operational committee to increase and upgrade business efficiency · Collaborating with MarkitWire’s teams to ensure the Straight Through Processing of our Equity derivative Replatforming

As an Equity Derivatives ISDA documentation Analyst I worked as the London Front Office team support on Forex structured product. Here I had the responsibility of drafting confirmations and answering all customers’ queries. Experience gained: · Drafting OTC confirmations for all Forex deals traded by the Front Office · Reconciling the outstanding and mismatch trades · Assisting the customers on their queries and matching any discrepancies · Participating in the business transfer from London to Paris, and drafting all the procedures needed for the work flow · Managing daily client transactions and requests within strict deadlines (DFA & EMIR)

As an Equity Derivatives ISDA documentation Analyst I worked as Front Office team support on Equity structured product. Here I had the responsibility of drafting confirmations and answering all customers’ queries. Experience gained: · Drafting OTC confirmations on Equity Derivatives initiated by the Front Office, based on the “2002/2006 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions” · Working closely with Interdealer and G15 clients, and ensure that all legal or economic discrepancies are dealt within an efficient time manner · Performing daily reporting via management tools and tracking files · Participating in improving the process optimization with the relevant teams (IT, Legals,Traders ...) · Identifying and resolving financial and legal disputes related to the transactions · Resolving all pending confirmations (Contracts on ISDA Standards) to comply with the regulatory targets (FED/EMIR/DFA) · Informing the clients of the new regulatory targets/laws EMIR and DFA in order to regulate the OTC Equity activity and to minimize the operational risk · Maintaining a closed customer’s relationship to facilitate the confirmations execution

As a Client Marketing Analyst I worked as a support for the Front Office team over all the Cheuvreux offices in Europe and US. Here I had the responsibility of knowing better the customer’s needs with the close collaboration of our market operators (sales, analysts, fund manager ...). Experience gained: · Monitoring the recommendations implementation and their effectiveness on business development areas · Handling over of the survey results (Maclagan, Extel, …) to all the concerned operational (Analysts, Sales, Accounts Managers) · Identifying the clients key contacts and their organization and monitoring the financial product type as regard their needs (Value, Growth …) · Developing marketing databases (CMS) with the relevant teams (IT, Sales …) · Attending daily conference calls (opening & closing of the market) and drafting a daily “investment case” for any values tracked by the customers · Improving customers relationship by organizing calls (KYC), corporate access meetings and expert access conferences

This was an intense training where I worked with several Business Analysts at the Market Analysis & Forecast Department of EADS. HereI had the responsibility to provide forecasts on Helicopter sales to my management by using a specific econometric model named Error Correction Model (ECM). Experience gained: •Executing the ECM by using appropriate statistical software: Gretel, Matlab, SAS •Validating the forecast results with the relevant teams (Business Analysts, Engineer …) •Setting up Macro on excel to ease the use and application of the ECM model •Extending the ECM model on different Helicopters types and on multiple regions of the world (emerging countries) •Improving the forecast results of the company by 60%
