Contexte : Transformation Cloud de l’ensemble d’un SI bancaire composé de 120 Applications et 1200 postes de travail. Phases principales : 1.Etude, design et construction des services Cloud adaptés et mutualisés 2.Etude et migration du SI bancaire dans le Cloud 3.Transition d’infogérance en centres de services mutualisés 3000 JH 4 chefs de projets internes / 8 experts architectes 3 filiales du groupe impliquées dans la réalisation du projet bancaire. Mon rôle : Direction de programme : Membre de la direction de programme, j’ai mis en œuvre le plan de gouvernance et son amélioration tout au long du programme. Management des chefs de projets dans la planification, le pilotage et la conduite des comités de chantiers. Management des PMO en termes de démarche et méthode pour la construction et le maintien des outils de pilotage. Co-conduite des comités de pilotage Assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage /Architect authority : Architecture des services Cloud (PaaS, IaaS, DaaS et SaaS) Etude et définition des spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles des services Cloud d’accueil de l’ensemble du SI d’une banque européenne (48 livrables documentaires) Garant de la cohérence des normes et règles d’architectures d’infrastructure et de service. Direction de compte : P/L du contrat : Responsable de la rentabilité, prévisionnelles financiers Build et Run et de la facturation du client. My first mission was to design a new solutions cloud based to underpin the new strategic objectives of Neurones IT. I scheduled and drove some architecture workshops and challenged the ideas in place, My goals were Focused on : 1. the flexibility and ability to adapt and to evolve with changing customers needs using Platform as a service or application platform as a service. 2. The simplicity to managed and to operate this new Hybrid Cloud Management platform. I handled the change management aspect, sourcing strategy, contracting and negotiation. I have built strong partnerships with some of the leader of the IT market. My second mission was to build and drive a project team to manage the transformation and transition of a new client. Moreover i handled the service management of one of most strategic customer of the Cloud offer of Neurones IT.
