I am a senior network engineer in telecommunications with 10 years of experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of CORE CS | IMS | CORE PS. I am currently working within the GNOCa project, which brings together the equipment manufacturer Huawei Technologies and subsidiaries of the Orange Telecom group in 12 countries (Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Senegal, ect ). Troubleshooting of all S/W & H/W issues of Huawei MSoftx3000 & MGW, SPSv3 (STP & DRA), SBC SE2900, HSS HSS9860, IGWB nodes ect.. Troubleshooting/Restoration of down connectivity (GTP-C/U, NGAP, ISUP, SIP, M2PA, M3UA, H.248 etc.) by analyzing alarms & traces. Handling of P1 & P2 trouble tickets from FO team related to services of MSS, HSS , MGW & STP nodes and ensuring to close them within agreed SLA. Database configuration and execution of all kind of WOs related to SCCP/MTP/ISUP call routing trunks creation, BSC/RNC DB creation and Migration at MSS, HSS , MGW & STPs. Handling of VIP customer complaints in GNOC related to MOC/MTC/LU and call drop issues and providing analysis with root cause of issue. Handling of International Roaming issues/complaints for inbound/outbound roamers. Provide support to troubleshoot the degraded KPIs for all GNOC afflicates e.g LU, CSSR, Paging, Handover, MOC, MTC, SMS-MO/MT, call drop, NER, ASR, ABR, Trunk group Efficiency, Call completion rate etc. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve CS core network issues and excellent knowledge of end to end call flows related to CAP, MAP, SCCP, MTP, ISUP, BICC, SIP, H.248, RTP & RTCP signaling and RAN network Protocols.  Identifying issues related to RAN network and provide remedy to fix.  Monitoring and alarms handling IMS nodes: CSC3300, ATS ATS9900, HSS HSS9860, SBC CloudSE2980, AGCF UAC3000 etc...  Preparation of Weekly & Monthly performance reports for CS Core network Elements (MSS, HSS, MGW & STP nodes).
