Supported Project Manager and Project Controls in achieving the project goals.

• Used Contract Compliance Matrix and Responsibility Assignment techniques to manage contracts. I did good site and office record keeping, implemented Risk Management Plan and good stakeholder management for the success of projects. • Managed EPC and EPCM contracts based on FIDIC Red and Silver Books including one Gas Compressor Station (FIDIC Red Book), 20 Bio-remediation Plants, 5 Landfills – Red Book (related to Environmental Protection), High Pressure Injection Stations and E&I works. • Trained and led project teams at site for strict contract compliance and minimizing changes and claims. • Prepared Contracting Strategy to split/merge contract/procurement scope in the best interest of my employer. • Worked closely and supported Planners (Primavera P6 experts) and Cost Engineers for time and cost management • Prepared team for effective negotiations. Prepared counter claims, negotiated and finalized close-out of contract. Negotiated claims to save over 7 million for my client and the Engineer. • Attended weekly/monthly meeting, prepared monthly reports on standard templates. • Managed various contracts valued over Euro130,000 in Romania. • Resolved complex claims / variation issues with consultants and contractors of international repute such as Rambol, Max Streicher, Habau, Strabag, Aeon, PoRR, Brunel and PSN.

• Managed EPC and reimbursable contracts for the expansion of a gas plant, construction of a new gas compressor station, drilling & completion programs, drilling support services, seismic data gathering and processing. • Supported and implemented OMV Vienna’s global contracts for drilling support services and wellhead equipment. • Used Contract Compliance Matrix and Responsibility Assignment Matrix techniques to manage contracts. • Took part in the development of Risk Management Plans for project. • I did good internal and external stakeholder management for the success of projects. • Managed 3 contracts of project value over US$170,000. • Saved huge sums of money for my employer as a result of effective negotiations. • Authored Contracting Manual consisting of procedures and guidelines from prequalification of contractors to contract close out.

• Saved over US$ 1.5 million by negotiating claims and verification of invoices. • Provided post award Contract Administration services. • Administered contracts; erected 4000 telecommunication towers over the inter-city highways with civil foundations in difficult terrain conditions, associated access roads, solar panels, antennas and the aviation lights plus roof mounted antennas in cities.

Developed design, issued tenders, awarded, constructed and maintained over 100 model gas stations of Caltex (Chevron) of international standard in Pakistan. Maintained one large oil terminal with import pipelines and tank farms. Checked payment certificates of contractors.

Took quantities from design drawings and site measurements and prepared all classes of estimates for tenders, budgets, contracts, claims and variations. Prepared cost estimates for an LNG plant maintenance and shutdown for all civil foundations works, mechanical works, vessels and spools replacement, instrument and control works, painting and insulation works with good time and cost management.
