Observation des flux achats dans SAP (module MM) : création et suivi des commandes, gestion des fournisseurs et des données articles. Analyse des interactions entre les services achats, logistique et finance dans le cadre du processus Procure-to-Pay. Étude des bonnes pratiques SAP utilisées en entreprise pour optimiser les processus achats/logistique. Immersion réalisée dans le cadre de la formation POEI – reconversion vers le métier de Consultante SAP Achat / Logistique (Fitec).

Saisie et mise à jour des fournisseurs, produits et catalogues de prix dans les outils internes. Suivi des contrats et traitement des litiges avec les fournisseurs. Appui à l’évaluation annuelle des fournisseurs et préparation de tableaux de suivi. Participation aux appels d’offres avec les acheteurs. Collaboration avec les équipes terrain pour mieux répondre aux besoins et optimiser les achats.

- La mise en œuvre opérationnelle du plan gouvernemental d’économies achats (aide au diagnostic et participation à la mise en place du plan) - La construction des outils de pilotage de la fonction achat du ministère, des outils d’évaluation de données achats (cartographie des achats et des acheteurs) ; - Participation aux travaux menés pour construire des outils de contrôle de gestion dans le domaine de la performance des achats ; - Participation aux travaux d’audit de la programmation pluriannuelle des achats du ministère pour identifier des solutions pouvant être intégrées dans une stratégie d’achat ministérielle ; - L’identification des marchés à enjeux (toutes directions confondues) et à la définition d’un plan d’actions permettant d’accompagner les services dans l’insertion des axes de performance dans leurs marchés ; - L’élaboration de fiches opérationnelles (sourcing, calcul des gains, …) ; à destination des correspondants achats - La construction et à l’actualisation de la documentation opérationnelle à destination des acteurs de la filière achat.
