Introduction
I grow by taking on projects that scare me at first. From being part of plants launches where everything should be built from scratch, to being a PMO Consultant for one of the most complicated and complex projects as a Release Train Engineer ( SAFe) where I got to live on a daily basis what People Change Management is truly about : turning my self-doubt into success has become my driving force. My passport stamps as a passionate solo traveler, each one is a personal victory over fear. These journeys across the globe opened my eyes to new perspectives and pushed me to grow in ways I never expected. Sometimes the biggest lessons came from simply sitting at a local café, taking in a completely different world. I bring deep technical expertise to the table, backed by industry certifications (PMP, RMP, Leading SAFe). But real project management goes beyond certificates. It's about combining experience with common sense, and knowing how to adapt theory to reality. Project Management energizes me because each day brings new learning opportunities. It's more than hitting deadlines or managing budgets - it's about growing constantly and helping others do the same. The more I learn, the more I want to share....
