Implementation of a virtual assistant (chatbot) for Customer Service Automation in an Insurance Company The project focused on developing a virtual assistant capable of interacting with customers through natural language processing, both in text and voice modes. The assistant was designed to be multilingual, ensuring accessibility for a diverse customer base. Its main objective was to reduce the workload of human agents while improving the user experience by providing 24/7 intelligent support and faster resolution of inquiries.

Development of a Graphical Dashboard for a Cisco Switch Design and development of a graphical web interface for managing network connections in the QA laboratory. This interface allows users to easily select access ports on a Cisco switch and configure corresponding VLANs to connect Home Gateways to the WAN network. The backend manages the configuration of Cisco ports, thus automating the network setup process.
