As the world class manufacturing WCM is introduced to Unilever company, my mission as people development pillar leader is the following; - Identify training principles and priorities based on quality, safety issues and cost deployment. - Establish a training plan in purpose of developping skills - Create a systeme wich involve people to work with effeciency and reduce losses and waste due to human errors. - Identify employees' needs in term of training, material,..etc.
