As the reference contact within the HRIS department, I am responsible for the following tasks: Run operations : End to end user support: - Managing and resolving incidents reported by Key Users of HR systems (Workday, HYS, MLA, So Horsy, etc.) via ServiceNow and Jira. - Managing backlog ( change requests , anomalies ..) - Executing queries and generating HR reports. Data Quality - Workday & Payroll : - Monitoring data: Implemented monthly audits for France/Japan (Reports, EIB). - Lead bi-annual Workday reorganizations: -Communicated, prepared, and collected data for the new reorganization. -Prepared Workday reorganization templates. - Coordinated with the Japan headquarters (GHQ) for the execution and implementation of the new reorganization in Workday. -Assisted HR Business Partners (HRBPs) during and after the deployment of the new reorganization (troubleshooting anomalies, EIB imports, etc...). -Managing Workday release. Project Management &Change Management : -Coordination of HRIS projects in France (Payroll, Time Management - GTA): -Preparation of data inputs for migration to the new GTA system -Preparation and execution of test scenarios - Implementation of documentation and training on new HR processes to ensure a smooth transition to new functionalities for our BPs - Support for Hypercare key users - Ensuring the implementation of best practices in HR processes

Functional support Workday France & Europe Providing business support to end-users on existing tools Identifying and analyzing anomalies, work in close collaboration with the center of expertise (Recruitment, Workday Expertise Center) Ensure an accurate and relevant level of data: Monitoring data consistency using Qlik Sense tool Contribute to HIRS project: Collecting business needs ,change request Participating and coordinating international projects (setting up meetings, operational method support) Managing and supporting the business during the UAT phase (Management and coordination of functional tests) Lead change management: documentation & business process flowcharts, communication, training
