Procurement : - Process orders - Ensure the store replenishment campaigns - Follow-up of suppliers - Manage the current level of stock and future goals registered in accordance with the budget Data management : - Responsible for the quality of forecasts regarding product sales - Ensure the coherence between forecasts and real sales Inventory Management : - Analysis of stocks and adjust product stocks on 5 logistics platforms - Organization flows Upstream and downstream (suppliers to platforms and platforms to stores) - Optimization of procurement lead time Stores / Supplier Relations / Platforms: - Inform product transitions ( switches ) or other events - Refit and identify malfunctions of suppliers and supply - Relaunch all suppliers on their portfolios

Procurement: - Management of purchase orders with suppliers, preventive delivery reminders, monitoring of billing - Negotiate price offers regarding reorders/replenishment and procurement leadtime with international and national suppliers - Indicate priorities of manufacturing to suppliers - Optimize replenishment operations following the extrapolation of results related to sales transactions - Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers Product Availability : - Monitor each commercial offer - Ensure the transfer of stocks between countries (France & Poland) - Analyse and processing of stockouts to optimize customer service - Management of fittings - Check labdip from suppliers

Interface between the company and its external service providers (customers and suppliers) - Make and validate purchase orders (China, India) - Coordinate and plan shipments - Follow customers files - Prepare price offers (customers) - Invoice and track payments each month
