Le lancement du Guichet Unique Numérique (GUN) avait pour objectif de simplifier et centraliser les démarches administratives liées à l’environnement pour les entreprises et les particuliers. Ce projet stratégique visait à fluidifier les interactions avec l’administration, améliorer l’efficacité des processus, et offrir un service digital unifié aux différents acteurs concernés (énergie, agriculture, etc.).

Projet : 1) Mise en place d'un outil d'automatisation sur le site de communication interne et externe AXA qui permet aux utilisateurs d'avoir un unique outil. 2) Etude et réalisation du projet de mise en place d'une "social room" au sein d'AXA en mettant en place la "social hub". Ce projet concerne 3 volets : matériel, logiciel, immobilier. Equipe : 1 Scrum Master, 1 Product Owner, 1 Business Analyst, 1 Chef de projet, Développeurs (Espagne et Lille), Testeurs. My daily practice consists in gathering requests for incidents in specific domains, scheduling committees for a transverse follow-up of cross-department incidents and establishing reports, meeting with application systems managers to define the methods of dealing with incidents and the estimated dates of resolution. I also undertake to build the lots that will be submitted to the maintenance versioning committees, and I help the team leader using the Planview tool for project management and monitoring of activities (updates, retrieval, budget reporting , ...)

I joined the R & D department, in a young and dynamic team. I was involved in the design, development and enhancement of the new generation of the Centreon Suite mapping product. My main tasks were: To understand the Eclipse RCP 4 suite and the existing technical basis, to give a critical look at the existing bricks, to propose and implement improvements and to take part in the development of unit tests and new functionalities. The application was based on the Eclipse RCP 4 platform and JFACE, the GEF and BIRT Chart Engine products were also used
