-Greeting American, British, Australian clients in luxurious vacation rentals of the agency. -Assisting clients throughout their stay with facility maintenance issues & other emergencies. -Developing customer loyalty through implementing & improving the agency's services.

-Arranging appointments & carrying out site visits. -Preparing sale presentations for existing & potential clients. -Targeting new customers through prospecting international markets.

-Working within the Business Development team to commercialise the company's energy-efficient engineering products for bioclimatic architecture projects. -Liaising with partners worldwide to participate in international competitions and events to gain recognition in the engineering, architecture & sustainability industries.

-Making international connections to widen the company's client portfolio & deepen relationships with global partners. -Conducting internal analyses on how efficiently the company currently cooperates with its clients & partners and drawing up improvement strategies.

-Conducting in-depth marketing analysis of the ADP brand and loyalty within the target audience. -Proposing improvements to the company's current marketing strategies off the back of research findings. -Pitching ideas and campaigns to senior management.
